Overall Class Experience

The overall experience was excellent. The online portion of the training was convenient, comfortable, and easy to follow. The private group setting made it more engaging and allowed for better interaction, which helped me stay focused and fully understand the material.

Quality of Instruction

I would rate the course very highly. The content was thorough, relevant, and easy to understand. It was structured in a way that built knowledge step by step, which made it easier to retain and apply during the hands-on portion. The combination of online learning and in-person training added a lot of value, and I felt fully prepared and confident by the end of the course.

The Instructor

Rudy was outstanding in all areas. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and fully engaged throughout the training. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we had a clear understanding before moving on. Even with multiple students, he took the time to check in with each of us individually to ensure we were keeping up and fully grasping the material.
